Admin to send clock reminder
Admin sends clock reminder to the employee who is absent or missing clock out. Read more here
Improvements made:
- Employees always forget to clock in/out after work hours
- HR needs to go Attendance Report check it > Remind them manually one by one through WA or company communication tool
Admin to manage employee profile request
Improvements made:
- Previously employees who want to update their profile need to inform
- HR > Tell HR what to modify > HR might forget
- Now, Admin level access users [Managers, Supervisor, etc] can help to manage employee profile request
- Reduce HR workload to change the employees details one by one.
Show Leave Transaction logs on hub
Now users can view Leave Transaction logs on the desktop view. Read more here
Improvements made:
- Previously, only available in app > Too hidden & hard to navigate and view the employee’s transaction
Superadmin to view all form requests submitted
Superadmin now can view all form requests submitted. Read more here
Improvements made:
- CEO/HR wants to view the attachments and requests in the company
Double leave application checking
This feature helps to avoid double leave applications. It’s a reminder to check for overlapping leave applications. Read more here
Improvements made:
- Employee accidentally submitted 2 leave requests for the same period
- Balance deducted twice
- Need a reminder for the system
Simplify the calendar in Leave Pro form
We simplify the outlook of the calendar in Leave Pro form
Improvements made:
- Previously, the calendar looked complicated & not user friendly, especially for the 1st time users
- Users may get confused about the calendar
- Unsure what the dot represents
- What we try to convey on “Selected”, “Day Off” and “Public Holiday” session
Support cancelling subscription
We’ve improved the support to cancel the subscription plan
Improvements made:
- Existing paid plan users can make payment with another currency (eg USD to MYR)
Incorrect balance in leave summary table
We’ve fixed incorrect balance in leave summary table
Improvements made:
- We found that, after yearly reset > HR check employee leave balance > It shows incorrectly – now it’s fixed.
Bug fixed: Bad credential issue on supporting doc (Request email notification)
There’s a bug where it’s showing bad credential issue on supporting doc (Request email notification)
