Ever heard of MDEC?
MDEC is a collaborative event between MITI and KKMM. With the theme ‘From Local to Global Champion’, the event aims to encourage and inspire business owners to adopt eCommerce and go beyond the border. eCommerce is all the hype now. Today, almost everything can be bought online.

We were thrilled with the opportunity to participate in MDEC, 2nd eCommerce Day in Kuala Lumpur. It was a two-day event with over 70 exhibitors and 2000+ delegates. It’s one of the largest eCommerce events in the country.

Moreover, notable brands such as eBay, Google, MATRADE, Boost, EasyParcel, Exabytes and many more were present. Our team was glad to have the opportunity to find out various new products and services around the world.
Let us introduce to you some of the participating companies:

1. Exabytes is Southeast Asia’s leading Cloud and Digital Solution provider. Its services include domain registration, web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, backed by 24×7 professional support.

2. Boost is a leading cashless e-wallet app in Malaysia. The easy mobile payment method enriches our lifestyle with endless cashback & rewards. Their booth was attractive and interesting.

3. EasyParcel is a platform that brings you the best delivery rates on domestic and international deliveries.

We, EasyWork improves productivity and efficiency when it comes to company administrative tasks. We aspire to make your office paperless.
In this two-day MDEC Event, it’s a joy to have met with like-minded people and peers from various companies and fields, and expand our network. Moreover, people from different industries such as F&B, SME, manufacturing are too interested to use EasyWork app.

Furthermore, we also had a chance to learn and bounce ideas with startup companies, management officers, CEO, salespersons and more.
Besides receiving valuable feedback from them for our future improvements, we talked to other exhibitors on what they are working on and their interest. Some even gave us advice on how to enhance our work.
They are all our potential audience! Of course, we gave away some free gifts to our audience such as calendars. Users are welcome to send us feedback at [email protected]

Through the conference, we found out something unique about their work and the rationale behind it, which we can’t learn by reading journal articles. We learned things outside our field and widened our horizon.
