1. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
EasyWork may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you including but not limited to your name, date of birth, profile picture, email address, telephone numbers, internet protocol (IP) address, Facebook or Google identifier (as the case may be) content you view, your action within EasyWork Platform (e.g. the dates and times of your visits, location and your clock-in and clock-out data). Further personal information may be collected, used, stored and transferred by us upon the improvement of EasyWork Platform.
We may collect your personal information from you (e.g. when you sign up for an EasyWork account or giving feedback to us), automated technologies while you interact with EasyWork Platform, third party service or software provider including but not limited to UXCam (please see https://uxcam.com/privacy) and Google Analytics and Google AdWords (please see https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/) and other third parties such as your employer.
EasyWork or our third party service or software provider may receive your personal information by employing cookies or other similar tracking technology to authenticate you as a user when you log into your account, understand how you navigate through the EasyWork Platform and interact with EasyWork advertisement, to learn what content is popular, to keep a record of your preference and improve our services. Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the service we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use your personal data we collect from you for the purposes for which it was collected, including but not limited to:
- register you as a new user;
- determine and verify your identity as an employee/ contractor to your employer for the use of EasyWork Platform;
- manage our relationship with you;
- provide, improve, expand and promote EasyWork Platform;
- deliver relevant content and advertisements, either through us or one of our partners, to you or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you;
- make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you;
- analyze how do you use EasyWork Platform and personalize your EasyWork Platform experience;
- merger, acquisitions and internal management; and
- respond to request from regulator or court or any proceeding.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.
If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.
3. SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes above.
Application Programming Interface (API) and Integration Partners. If you connect to EasyWork Platform through an integration with a third party service, we may share information about your use of EasyWork Platform with that third party. We may share your information with our third party partners in order to receive additional information about you. We may also share your information with third party partners to create offers that may be of interest to you.
Third Party Service Providers. While using EasyWork Platform, we may be using third party software or service for various need in order to collect, record, store, alter, use, disclose and process the personal information or perform services on our behalf or to provide EasyWork Platform. Note that these are independent software or service providers and EasyWork does not take any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue including their use of your personal information or data breach directly or indirectly resulting from them, legal or otherwise, relating thereto.
Other Third Parties. We may also share your personal data with the following parties:
- Your employer’s administrator, your co-workers who use EasyWork Platform and any other company or individual you engage with through EasyWork Platform.
- Other companies owned by EasyWork or own EasyWork.
- A regulatory authority requests which we think disclosure is required or appropriate in order to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process.
- Any other party in order to comply with a legal requirement or process, including but not limited to, subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
4. YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS AND CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may access your personal information to the extent required by law to review, update, and correct inaccuracies. Upon request made to us, EasyWork will provide you with reasonable access to the personal information we collect about you. You can correct, transfer, update, modify, or delete this information by logging into your account and updating your information using EasyWork Platform. You may also limit the use and disclosure of your information by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or contacting us at anytime.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
5. HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE
Data Security. We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal information collected through EasyWork Platform. However, EasyWork cannot guarantee the security of your personal data. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Children’s Privacy. EasyWork does not intentionally collect personal data from minor (according to applicable laws) as EasyWork Platform is not directed to children. We are also unable to identify the age of persons access and use our EasyWork Platform. If you trust that we have inadvertently collected personal data about your child, please contact us, and we will attempt to remove this information. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided us with personal data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the relevant personal data.
Retention. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
Changes to your personal data. You may change your personal data through your account on EasyWork Platform. However, you may not be able to modify information that your employer requires us to maintain.
