Admin / HR of the company can export the company’s reports through CSV format in Excel file monthly for reporting purposes.
Wondering on how to send a report by using Easywork?
Here is a step by step guide on “How to export company reports” with EasyWork.
STEP 1 – LAUNCH EASYWORK AND TAP ON “MENU” ON THE TOP LEFT.
STEP 2 – TAP ON “COMPANY”
STEP 3 – TAP ON REPORTS AT BELOW ADMINISTRATION SECTION
STEP 4 – FILTER YOUR DATES THEN CLICK ON “SEND ME A REPORT”
You can select/ filter the date or period of time whether it is today, last 7 days or last 30 days in order to send a CSV report. All the detailed transaction will send to the admin in CSV format in Excel File through email address.
*the email will only send to the email you filled in at your EasyWork profile.
Good news! You can do all the admin work paperless now. All the progress become more simple and efficient.
